How the Ordering Process Works

Each custom order requires a deposit upfront to cover the cost of fabrics. Please note that the deposit amount varies between items depending on the materials required.

The remaining balance is due once your item is complete and ready to be shipped. We'll be in touch to confirm the final amount before dispatch.
